Your access request
ConstructScout is operated by Ahmed Kaddoura in the San Francisco Bay Area. We collect your email to respond to your request for product access. Joining the list does not create a paid subscription.
Requests are stored with Cloudflare, our website and form service provider. We also record attempts to notify the founder, so a failed alert does not lose your request. We do not sell these details or share them with other contractors.
Optional project updates
The project-update checkbox is separate and optional. We record your request and the consent wording version for confirmation before newsletter delivery is activated. Requesting product access alone does not enroll you in project updates.
Project emails will include an unsubscribe link. You can also email [email protected] to opt out. An unsubscribe request is retained to prevent future unwanted project emails; signing up again does not automatically remove it.
